Roof Replacement Is Complete

Roof replacement might be complete, but it doesn’t mean to throw caution to the wind.

Until your new roof has been tested, you don’t know. And every single roof will develop a leak someday. Hopefully your new roof is 25 years away from any issues.

The first rain, get in the attic and look for issues. With a very bright spotlight, and examine everything. Special attention around the chimney and any vents.

The first heavy duty thunderstorm, get in the attic and look for issues. With a very bright spotlight.

When winter comes, and you have snow on your roof, this is the time to look for Ice Dams. Yes, with a spotlight!!

I recommend getting up in the attic and looking diligently twice a year. During the summer, and during the winter. The conditions will vary according to your geographical area.

I’d rather you find a leak in the attic now, BEFORE you see it from below on a ceiling.
