Researching to find a quality Roofing Company can be stressful.
I say, don’t let it be stressful, at all.
At this point, you are just gathering data – easy, peasy.
First thing is to open Google Maps, and pull up a list of all the roofing companies that service your area.
Using your preferred method to take notes, list the companies, their phone number, website.
Take a moment and realize that every company is doing their best to have a good reputation – even if there is a blemish or two. Again, as mentioned earlier, be aware of human nature.
Read all the reviews you can find on Google Maps, the company Facebook page, etc.
Using both Google and Bing, search for each company to see what others have reported.

A google search query that would also be interesting is: “better business bureau pay to play”.
Of course, you need to make your own determination about what you find.
Evaluate all the companies that service your area. Realize that there are a lot of scamming out there, when it comes to the reviews.
Many companies have FAKE reviews with glowing reports. There are services out there that will provide good reviews for money – and those reviews are used by YOU to make a determination about the company. So be careful.
On the flip side, there are scamming companies out there leaving a plethora of one star, or poor reviews, that are fake – and then extort the companies for cash to remove the bad reviews.
This SHOULD leave you with very little confidence in the reviews. And that is OK. Just be advised.
At this point, your list should have all of the Roofing Companies that service your area.
A quick word of warning, before you contact these companies. Do not sign a single document yet. Not ANYTHING.
