The Dumpster Pickup can reveal more nails and debris
A dumpster – not the dump trailer – is usually NOT picked up the same day that the new roof is completed.
Unfortunately, once the dumpster is picked up, there always seems to be a few nails where the dumpster was, unless the crew was particularly diligent about finding all the nails. If you had a dumpster, make sure you do a special canvassing where the dumpster was to pick up nails, and any other debris.
Also, walk around and verify if any damages to property, ruts in grass, etc.
This isn’t necessarily a significant issue, but certainly one of which to be aware.
