At this point, determine if you even want to have any work done on your roof at all.
If your needs are not urgent, and none of the Roofing Companies inspired confidence for one or multiple reasons, you are NOT obligated to choose.
If your roof situation is at the state where it is important that something is done, and not any of the Roofing Contractors so far seemed appropriate – you can restart the whole process, seeking out additional Roofing Companies that might be further away.
There ARE good and even great Roofing Contracting companies – but they are in the minority.
If of the Roofing Companies you’ve evaluated, and worked out the details seems to be a fit, move on to signing that contract.
Just be careful. Make sure all the details are stated – NOTHING VERBAL!
