Who is on your roof? Who is on your property? Who exactly is around your family?

Roofing crews are typically made up from a pretty rough crowd. And frankly, roofing crews are a refuge for ne’er-do-well’s. The dregs, the bottom of society.

Frequently, the individuals that make up roofing crews have a problem with alcohol and/or drugs. So,so many have a criminal record that makes finding a job difficult.

Now these guys are on your roof, around your family, getting a bit of an intimate view of your property and your life.

It makes sense to vet every single individual that comes onto your property.

Ask to see the background paperwork for each person, and verify it against the individuals asking permission to come onto your property.

A company telling you that the individuals are all vetted, is probably lying.

You know what Ronald Regan said, right? “Trust, but verify”.

I encourage you to do the same. I bet you get stonewalled, and told it isn’t possible.

It is possible.
